The film centers on the series' main character 10-year-old Timmy Turner with his fairy godparents Cosmo and Wanda who grant his wishes. Timmy is fed up tolerating his torturing babysitter Vicky. He wishes up for a magical remote that allows him to enter inside television shows; however, the remote falls into Vicky's hands. With the remote, Vicky plans to enter the "Dictator Week" channel so she can become a world dictator in the future.
