  • The city of Amanogawa experienced an endless downpour, as Yuuki Kaburagi and Isshōmaru Ureshii sat in Yuuki and Zakura Terui's apartment, absolutely quiet. Even if a slight whisper were to leave their mouths, it would be a guarantee that the rain would drown it out; and even then, they were utterly speechless at what had occurred some hours ago. Yuuki was easily the most traumatized; clenching his arms tightly with his hands, appearing as if he were in a fetal position, sitting on a chair. His eyes were shallow, dull husks of their former selves, and he showed no signs of recovering from such trauma. Isshō wanted to say something in an attempt to cheer Yuuki up, though that would likely fall on deaf ears.

"Uh, hey…Yuuki, are you okay?" Isshō questioned, receiving no response. It was as if Yuuki Kaburagi had shut himself off from the rest of the world in response to the supposed death of Zakura Terui. It even seemed as if Yuuki had ceased breathing, making him a solitary figure that showed no signs of life. Now considerably worried, Isshō stood from his seat, wandering over to Yuuki and waving his hand front of the troubled Shinigami. No response, once again. Isshō placed his hands upon Yuuki's shoulders, shaking him violently until he broke down, wailing into Isshō's chest. Yuuki always possessed rather unstable emotions and a fragile mind; though even after removing his clinginess, it had made his state of mind even worse and even easier to break. Isshō patted Yuuki's back, pulling him into his chest, allowing him to sob uncontrollably into it. Never before had he acted so serious, for all he could remember. He was used to laughing, joking around and making moves on any effeminate male he could find- he couldn't comprehend that he was brought into such a dark world. He wanted to bring such cheerfulness back into the lives of those he had been close to and just met, though there was nothing he could do about it. Absolute bleakness filled Amanogawa City, a putrid aura that would never cease flowing forth until the one who saw all beings as music had returned to protect both spiritual being and Crimson Sovereign alike. Breaking away from Yuuki, Isshō stated, "…Don't worry. I'll find a way to bring him back, trust me." His words were sincere. Never had he wanted to make someone smile so much before, for all he could remember. Wandering outside, Isshōmaru stepped into the heavy rain. It didn't bother him right now, though. All he cared about was finding a way to revive Zakura Terui. Not only had he made quite an impression on him due to his 'all beings are music' ideology, he wanted to make Yuuki smile again. The streets were covered in filth, and the rain blurred his vision somewhat. It made him wonder, why the heck somebody would want to live in Amanogawa. Though that didn't matter right now. Trudging down the alleys of the city, Isshō felt a violent tugging feeling in his arm, before being flung back a considerable distance by an unknown force. Quickly scrambling to his feet, the Shinigami gazed upon a crab Crimson Sovereign, which possessed a humanoid figure, with crab pincers and crab eyes, which were tinted red. Drawing his Zanpakutō, Isshō leapt forward, attempting to bisect his foe, only to be trapped as the foe caught him in its clutches. Isshō struggled with all his might, attempting to break free to no avail. The crab beast bared its pincers at him, ready to decapitate him with ease, when it was thrown back with ease and Isshō was sent barreling across the ground. The Shinigami quickly stood up in confusion, as he gazed upon the Crab Crimson Sovereign dueling with a mysterious figure, clad in sleek, magenta armour. The armour possessed notable feminine characteristics, such as more armour around the hips, a breastplate, and suspiciously high-heel like armoured shoes. The armour had a prominent swan motif, including small wings, gauntlets shaped like a swan's feet, and a blade-like weapon shaped like the head of a swan. The magenta helmet didn't cover much; save for a faceplate which had a single "eye" in the middle. The figure pressed on a magenta cellphone, "Enter", which caused the belt to resound, "3…2…1 MISTY SLASH". The sword became charged in pink spiritual energy, which converged near the tip and shot forth as the figure swung the blade, releasing a pink arc of spiritual energy which obliterated the Crab Crimson Sovereign. Isshō couldn't believe his eyes. "Another Reisōbi…?" He thought to himself, as the figure approached him, assisting him in standing up. "Who are…?" Before he could finish his sentence, the figure's armour dispersed, revealing a clearly female figure, with kind, emerald eyes which sparkled in a similar manner to a stream. Their overall facial construction was almost-perfect; a radiant beauty. They possessed long, dark crimson hair which had four spikes protruding upwards slightly into the air at the back; while the rest reached down to their ankles. They had two thin strands that framed each side of their face, and their bangs were parted in the middle. At the tips, their hair was white. While they appeared slightly rough, there was no doubt that they were kind. "…Need some help there?" The woman asked, as Isshō weakly nodded. He could sense that she was in possession of a powerful Zanpakutō. "Um…" He was at an utter loss for words, dammit. As if he couldn't say anything other than "help me revive this person". That was all Isshō had on his mind. "Can you help me bring this person I know back to life. I can just tell you're good with healing. …Sorry, that's all I can think about right now." The woman chuckled slightly, responding, "…Of course. Just tell me where to go, and I'll help you right away. Oh, yeah. My name's Sayaka Izayoi, since you didn't ask before." Sayaka sounded somewhat jaded, as if Isshō had offended her, though it was obvious she didn't really care all too much. Without hesitation, Isshōmaru Ureshii led Sayaka Izayoi to where Zakura Terui was.
