I have to agree, as someone who owns a quest cape. They'll happily sell hundreds and hundreds of spins per day but can't give all these spins ONCE to people who equally deserve them. I started playing on a newb member account and did some quests so it's fair to say I'm experiencing both sides first-hand and not from just one side, and it really is quite unfair, among much of the other pampering that newbies get.
