| Synopsis | - Simon Skinner wants to take away the land from several farmers. Kardak steps in to show him the error of his ways.
- The booster's who are financing the Mayors re-election seem to be committing suicide. Walt is kidnapped and soon finds out that there is a murderer on the loose who wants to squash the campaign.
- One night as Harley and Joan are driving home, a young woman catapults herself out onto the road. The two stop and hear her pleads of not being insane. Soon, several men rush up claiming she has escaped from the asylum. The Firefly does not believe the men and investigates.
- Bugs Malone escapes the police and takes refuge in the Dead End Kid's clubhouse.
- The Skull is sending out his "message of death," by creating wax figures in death scenes. The figures represent people who have put him behind bars. The Black Hood is his next masterpiece.
