* 2 Medium Sized onions, Chopped
* 1 T. flour
* 1/2 Cup chicken broth

* 3 Cups Shredded Mold Cheddar or Longhorn Cheese In Skillet, Mix salad oil And onions. Cook And Stir Until Soft. Blend in flour. Gradually Add Broth, Then Sour Cram. Heat Until Boiling And Slightly Thickened. Add Chilies to Sauce. Then Gradually Stir in Shredded Cheese Until Melted. to Serve, Keep Sauce Warm Over Hot water, a Candle or Warming Tray. Serves 12
