During a breakout by Marcus, she was left chained to a heater to be at the mercy of the students left at the home. The next day, Marcus read a newspaper to his surprise that everyone had been murdered at the home.
When Marcus attacked the Tenderloin to retrieve Chico's body, he discovered F-face had taken her from the home and had her tied up and brainwashed in his basement. When F-face fired a shotgun blast at Marcus and missed, the bullet blew through Mrs. Rank's head killing her. F-face remarked he had hoped he could do that with Marcus since they both lived at the boy's home.
