After he beat Papercut (reason he give Papercut Peterson as a name), he set up an academy for older brothers and banned younger brothers from studying there. Then Kick, Gunther and Papercut have a fight with him and he sent Brad to teamworked with him and Kick, Gunther, and Papercut win and Papercut get his academy place back. Labour struggles in the academy a good time. Students had several bald with yellow calsonzillos which shows he did a good job while in the academy hard struggle. Because of his name, he could possibly be of both Japanese and Mexican descent.
