A second-year student at Kuoh Academy, he is considered to be one of the most friendliest, and cheerful people in the entire town, and is almost never seen without a smile. He is a very popular student in Kuoh Academy, actively playing almost outright outlandish games with the other students, and has never lost a single game thus far. He takes the place of Issei Hyoudou in this universe. Initially believed to be a normal human, Reishou is in fact born to a union between human and dragon. His mother is the Chaos Karma Dragon, Tiamat, one of the Five Dragon Kings, already giving him a great deal of power. In addition, he wields the Sacred Gear, Boosted Gear, on his left arm, effectively making him an opponent to never underestimate. Furthermore, his power as a dragon has made him one of the most recognized people of interest in the supernatural world, known to many of his kind as the "Dragon Prince." He would later earn the moniker of the "Chaos Karma Red Dragon Prince (カオスカルマレッドドラゴンプリンス, Kaosu karuma red dodoragon purinsu)" when his heritage became known.
