  • Baby Shark taught the player how to summon Baby Shark, a companion shark that existed in the Beta version of World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, but didn't end up becoming part of the actual game. Though the text when summoning it said that "He really requires water.", he could be summoned on land.
  • Raw baby sharks can be fished by members who have level 73 Fishing or higher. They require level 77 Cooking to cook. They can heal from 200 to 1540 lp depending on the players Constitution level variables=skillstat_Constitution_level calchealing| let(base,77) let(hp,skillstat_Constitution_level) if(hp < base){ let(heal,hp*25) }{let(heal,base*25) } let(healing,"Baby shark will heal " + heal + " life points at level "+hp+".")

Raw baby sharks are fished with harpoons and give 105 Fishing experience per catch and 200 Cooking experience when cooked. Currently, they can only be caught in the water room in the Celestial Dungeon from the Baby shark/Seal fishing spots, however it requires a fishing and cooking level of 80 to enter this room. Catching baby sharks can be an effective way of leveling up as they tend to be caught faster than Monkfish and players can gain a reasonable amount of money by selling the raw fish. At level 91 Cooking, players will stop burning dolphins if they wear Cooking gauntlets. By cooking baby sharks, players gain about ~252,000 xp/hour, assuming they have 91 cooking.
