The main event was a match for the APW World Wide Internet Championship between challenger Zach Gowen and titleholder "Wrestling Personified" Rik Luxury (w/ Markus Mac). This match took place as part of the Live event at the 2012 Salinas Valley Fair. The musical introduction featured a mix of "Winter Wonderland" by Dean Martin, and "Slam" by Onyx, and featured "Wizards in Winter" by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra during the intro screen for the second match. The television program produced by Christopher "TAK" Clark. Unlike previous episodes, this one debuted on Vendetta Pro Wrestling's YouTube Channel. This was due to the television station offices being closed for the holidays.
