Un an après Hoth, Kensaric faisait partie des Forces Spéciales de l'Alliance Rebelle, sous le commandement du général Crix Madine. Le caporal fut choisi pour intégrer le petit commando dirigé par le général Han Solo, dont la mission était d'infiltrer la lune forestière d'Endor et de saboter une installation impériale vitale : le générateur de bouclier protégeant le site de construction de la Seconde Étoile de la Mort. Tout au long de la mission, le caporal Kensaric s'appliqua à couvrir les traces du commando dans la forêt d'Endor pour ne pas alerter les patrouilles d'éclaireurs Impériaux.
