As a full round action that provokes attacks of opportunity, the wand rifle's wielder may open the fixture, remove its current contents (if any), and install a new wand they are also holding. This action counts as reloading the weapon and can be affected as such by feats, spells, and abilities. Wand rifles cannot benefit from effects that supernaturally create ammunition for ranged weapons. Wand rifles are always masterwork. This is already figured into the presented price. Enhancement bonuses and ranged weapon special abilities can be added to wand rifles as normal.
