After the trio unwittingly triggered the Taboo curse on Lord Voldemort's name, they were tracked by Death Eaters Antonin Dolohov and Thorfinn Rowle, who disguised themselves as workmen and followed Harry, Ron, and Hermione into the café, where a brief skirmish ensued.
