| abstract | - Bobweave was the twin hare brother of Southpaw and grandson of Stiffener Medick, and was an orphan. They were both champion boxers, and their names reflected this. Bobweave being that he would easily "bob" and "weave" during a fight. The pair left Salamandastron due to the restlessness of youth, and eventually fell in with the court of King Bucko Bigbones, where they met Lord Brocktree and Dorothea Duckfontein Dillworthy. Southpaw and Bobweave were both quite taken with the latter, and would often end up tussling over things such as the honor to clean out her Hardee Gurdee or carry her haversack. They were also the only two creatures who could endure her less-than-mellifluous singing. Southpaw and Bobweave decided to help Dorothea win her challenge to Bucko Bigbones. When asked why they didn't challenge Bigbones themselves, each twin said that he couldn't bear the thought of ordering his brother around. After Dorothea won, they joined Brocktree's army and aided in the recapture of Salamandastron from Ungatt Trunn and his Blue Hordes.
