El constructor de El Faro es Horace Goodspeed, que es matemático de Dharma, como se puede ver en su uniforme en The Man Behind the Curtain y en Cabin Fever. Ya se ha dicho que este personaje será fundamental esta temporada, con más motivo ahora que sabemos que todos van a convivir en la época de Dharma en la isla. Tengo varias teorias sobre este capitulo:
* Hurley acepta ir en el vuelo porque Charly se le aparece y se lo pide, ademas le encarga que lleve la guitarra.
* Ben ajusta cuentas con Wildmore matando a Penny, de esta forma Desmond se verá obligado a volver a la isla a vengarse. Cuando la señora Hawkings le dice a Desmond que la isla no ha terminado con él y él se reusa a volver, el destino encuentra la forma de que Desmond vuelva a la isla para quizas matar a Ben, quizas matar a Ben sea un acto demandado por la isla para terminar con alguien que se interpone con el desarrollo normal del destino de la misma.
* Said termina en el vuelo porque fue denunciado por alguien (Quizas Ben) por los crimenes cometidos y debe ser deportado a algún pais que requiere que él se encuentre en ese vuelo.
* La persona que le dá sus condolencias a Jack en el aeropuerto y que luego se encuentra en el avión es un empleado de Charles Wildmore.(*1)
* El momento en el que vuelven a la isla coincide con el momento en que se lo ve a Faraday trabajando para Dharma en el primer episodio de la temporada.
* Está casi confirmado por la foto de la isla que se ve en la estación del péndulo, que Ellie, la muchacha que apunta a Faraday en el capitulo "Jughead" es la señorra Hawkings, o sea su madre.
* Sobre la desaparición de Aaron lo mas probable es que Claire haya reclamado a Kate por su tenencia, eso explicaría razonablemente porque Kate no quiere hablar más de lo sucedido. Usuario: gonzaloracigh (*1) En esta serie, todo es posible, por lo q podria ser empleado de Wildmore en la actualidad, pero en el pasado fue compañero de Sayid cuando torturaba gente. * Pierre Chang, Scientist, Theoretical Astrophysicist. Has math skills. Has appeared under the names Marvin Candle, Mark Wickmund, and Edgar Halliwax in the DHARMA Initiative orientation films, all names relating to candles which may relate to the name of the Lamp Post station.
* Daniel Faraday, Scientist, Physicist. Studied time travel and its application. Has math skills. However he would need to travel to time outside the island for doing it.
* He did travel outside the Island, for most of the three years that Sawyer's group were in the Dharma Initiative. Considering he has experience with the time flashes and the Island, and was off the Island doing research, and on top of all that was linked in with the Dharma Initiative, this strengthens the case of Daniel having created The Lamp Post. It might have explained why Eloise, Daniel's mother, did not refer to "the clever fellow" by name, rather than wasting time explaining complications involving her son.
* Horace Goodspeed, mathematician. He was the leader of DHARMA Initiative on the Island. His jumpsuit is from an "intelligence gathering" station (The Arrow). Built or at least started building what is now known as Jacob's cabin.
* And considering that it required complex mathematical computations at the Lamp Post to find the island, him being a mathematician makes it very likely he is the "clever fellow". We also know now that he isn't just a prominent member of the DHARMA Initiative on the Island, he is the leader. And given that he makes another appearance just two episodes later and supposedly has a more significant role in the show in upcoming episodes, this also adds to the likelihood of him being the "clever fellow".
* Gerald DeGroot, Scientist, unknown expertise. Alleged "brain" behind the DHARMA Initiative creation.
* Enzo Valenzetti, Notorious mathematician.
* Charles Widmore, A wealthy businessman, formerly a member of The Others.
* Alvar Hanso, An industrialist, the financier of the DHARMA Initiative.
* The "economist" (Elsa's boss). It is possible that he is one of the people listed above.
