At present Nyamwasa is actively involved with the charity ROAR (Rwandan Orphan Assistance Response) while continuing with her career path. The charity, which is run in Sydney Australia, aims to improve life quality -in particular, school education and health of disadvantaged youth in rural Rwanda. In Attack of the Clones, she said it was sad to see it was sad to see so many dead jedi on the ground and has tears in her eyes.
