The Legions was formed again when Gordon and Elizabeth Geko, after being defeated and locked up by Gohan and Videl, posted a angry e-mail on Chat.com. The other twelve wanted criminals responded to the e-mail, Gordon and Elizabeth originally used this situation to take their "revenge" on Gohan and Videl, after Gordon took over, Elizabeth, Hank, G-Mike and Shamrock were kicked out of the group, Kab was the new target.
