An Irish Whip may also be executed from a ring corner specifically the turnbuckle post, into another turnbuckle post in the opposite corner of the ring. This is typically intended to inflict damage on opponents when striking a turnbuckle during an Irish Whip. An Irish Whip may also be halfway executed during which one wrestler may initiate the maneuver, but perhaps may reverse their opponent's direction to lead them into other wrestling moves such as a short-arm Clothesline or a DDT.
