In 2012 she played the part of Patricia Phoenix in the play The Queen of the North at the Octagon, Bolton. On stage she has also appeared in A Taste of Honey, Serjeant Musgrave's Dance, Raving Beauties, A Man for all Seasons and Piaf. She is married to actor/director Andy Hay who has also appeared in minor roles on the programme. The couple live in Bristol and have three children.
