  • Robert James MacGillivray "Bob" Neill (born 24 June 1952) is a Conservative Party politician. He was a member of Havering Borough Council, and on the Greater London Council representing Romford July 11, 1985 – March 31, 1986. He was elected Member of the London Assembly representing Bexley and Bromley in 2000, and was re-elected in 2004. In 2006 he was elected member of parliament for Bromley and Chislehurst at a by-election. He did not contest his London assembly seat in 2008, and since 2010 has been Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for London, Local Government and Planning.
