The Monitor has quite a few in-depth articles on Kelebale, and this one suggests he had played for the national team before being injured in 2007, although I've been unable to confirm that he played in a FIFA "A" international. The Botswanan player in the photo is wearing shirt #13, meaning he is actually Mafoko Boitumelo. The CAF's official match report (found here) confirms that Mr. Boitumelo played in the match against Mali, while Mr. Kelebale, shirt #15, did not.
