It borders Paraguay and Bolivia to the north, Brazil to the northeast, and Chile to the west and south. It is among the few nations that escaped Doomsday virtually unscathed. Today the United American Republic is one of the most prosperous nations in the world. Its economy is one the largest in the world and its literacy rate is also high. UAR citizens enjoy a high quality of life and GDP per capita, plus enjoying some of the freest political and labor conditions in the world. As part of the economic powerhouse that South America has become, the UAR is incredibly influential.
