Directly above Stronghold, in geosynchronous orbit, is UPF Fortress Defiant, arguably the most powerful battlestation ever seen in the Frontier. Star Law has its own massive complex on Dillon, one of the moons. Here, Star Law has an annex of its training academy specifically for Ranger candidates.
