This causes the disruption in chakra in the designated area, and once the yang energy is released, the area's chakra ceases to exist. Because of the power this weapon holds, the Daimyo sealed it herself, somewhere in the Valleys of Peace, in order to insure that it stays out of the wrong hands and that war doesn't come as a result of its existence.
