| abstract | - Anita Warbler is a character featured in Cherry Hill. She was a neighbor of Nikki Carrigan during her childhood away from Cherry Hill. She was played by Betty White Anita Warbler was the elderly neighbor of Nikki, her mother and her four sisters. When Ms. Carrigan was out and about, Anita would watch Nikki and her sisters. 5-year old Nikki was always ignored by her sisters, and Anita would play tea party and be a friend when no one would be there for her. (If Only) Mrs. Warbler died five years after she and Nikki last saw each other, presumably because one of them moved from the neighborhood they lived in, though no details were made as to who made the move. When Nikki died from her injuries following the events of Superheroes, she suffered an out of body experience and was put in a Pergutory like place where she was reacquainted with Mrs. Warbler. Anita explained that whilst Nikki had died, there might be hope left for her, she then explained that she had been dead for fifteen years and told her that Nikki must go back to the darkness if she wants to return to her life back in Cherry Hill. Shortly after this, Nikki woke up, feeling spooked by the whole haunting, she told her friends and Harry-though this didn't convince many of them.
