Originally Rostro was a traveling man, going from place to place. But wanting to have a devil fruit for his own, he had found one that was on a traveling man’s cart. He had mercilessly beat the man to death and ate the fruit, with was the Kuda Kuda no Mi. Which gave the power to try and take over several Marine bases, but he was outnumbered after a collation force was created to counter act his actions in the world. He was overpowered by these forces and then was arrested, through into Impel Down level 6 for a few years. Whenever Luffy and company had broken out of impel down with the rest of the prisoners. But Rostro left in order to get his Kuda spawn back together. Then after getting some followers of his back, he had then running into Samhain and his crew. Loving their uniform idea, Samhain had offered them to become his army that backed him up. They agreed. With an unknown bounty for such crimes as, forming his own army and successfully taking over close to 10 Marine bases throughout the grandline. His defeat and murdering of countless marines and their commanding officers, escaping from Impel down. Then forming his own faction against the world government, joining the Halloween Pirates and joining in and help in attack Jousai Down. With this Rostro sets to see the destruction of the world government and be a part of the new Halloween Era.
