Although they work under command of the master races, Snakemen lacking of surgical modification suggest that they are mercenaries operating on their own. Despite being somewhat slow, Snakemen are far stronger than Sectoids and Floaters, they are also good at using weapons. While other sentient alien races rely on cloning chamber for reproduction, Snakemen breed naturally. Their asexual reproductive system is very efficient, each snakeman carrying up to fifty eggs inside its body at any one time.
