The city is surrounded by sandy hills, which themselves are surrounded by jungles. These jungles grow around the River Nferk, themselves flowing from the Akberayek Mountains. These mountains separate the Continental Desert from the jungle lowlands of Farro, which house the majority of the Kinglands' population. Most of its citizens live in tent towns that act like small neighborhoods or apartments, surrounded on four sides by buildings leading out to the streets, where more of these tent towns can be found. The buildings surrounding the tent towns act as common areas with bath houses, kitchens, gardens, and childhomes. In modern times, childhomes usually serve as hospitals run by the Order of Vayessi Knights, an order of knights devoted to serving the poor, the sick, the old, the infirm, and all others who come seeking help. Thrul Vayesson, the Finder of Ristt Blot, is their sole Great-Knight.
