  • Custom adopts are adopts made for users for certian reasons, by Quetzal. Such as for creating parts of the site like the TS or for donating a lot of money. List of customs
  • All customizations made in this mode can be turned off in the Rules section.
  • Custom generally describes informal norms of behavior According to historian Peter Linebaugh, the working classes in 18th century London exchanged some goods, often the waste that custom permitted them to take from production, for other goods.
  • Custom refers to a multiplayer game arranged through GPGNet. Custom games do not affect a player's rating or rank. The player that creates a custom game specifies all aspects of the game, including map, number of players, and game options. The creator can either protect the game with a password to ensure only specific players may join, or he may leave it open to anyone who wishes to join. As other players join, the game creator can kick players out of the match if they are known to be abusive, have unacceptably high pings, have computers with poor performance, or are otherwise unwelcome.
  • Custom is near identical in syntax to Toolbar. The difference is that this sets the Custom Toolbar, which can be set outside of a program by CustmOn and CustmOff, and any selectable item's text is pasted to the Home Screen rather than any other purpose. Thus, no items in a Custom Toolbar have Lbl parameters.
  • In the height of the yo-yo boom in the late 1990's, Custom was sued by Playmaxx/Proyo for infringing upon the Brake Pad patent. The alledgedly infringing system was developed by Eric Wolff, who had modified a fixed axle Reactor into a ball bearing axle yo-yo with response pads made from a Rubbermaid no-slip bathtub tread strip. Eric's design was incorporated into the Modified-shaped Chain Reactor, and eventually, all of Custom's ball bearing yo-yos. After a judge ruled against Custom, they reached a settlement with Playmaxx agreeing to redesign their Performance Ring pads.

The Playmaxx Cold Fusion was actually manufactured by Custom for Playmaxx, and all Cold Fusion parts both finished and unfinished had to be turned over to Playmaxx as part of the settlement. It was these Cold Fusion parts that were acquired by Duncan when it purchased Playmaxx and once this supply of parts was exhausted, the Cold Fusion was discontinued by Duncan.
