Abby Cadabby and Alice Snuffleupagus put on their snowsuits and rubber boots. Big Bird and Cookie Monster skate on a frozen river. Little Bo Peep looks for her sheep, who are lost in the snow. Super Grover and Baby Bear slide down the hill on sleds, while Jack and Jill come tumbling after. Count von Count and the Countess count the snowflakes. Bert and Little Red Riding Hood feed birds in the forest, while the Big Bad Wolf lies in wait with a snowball. Oscar and Grundgetta make a grouchy snowman, and then have a snowball fight with Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Zoe, Elmo and Abby. Everyone gathers in a warm apartment to have tea, and sing songs while Prairie Dawn plays the piano. As night falls, Ernie and Rubber Duckie say goodnight to the Twiddlebugs. Elmo goes to sleep, curled up with his doll David, while Dorothy dreams in her goldfish bowl.
