I am doing this because he is often in the forums, moderates often just as much as other forum administrators, and is VERY trustworthy. He is a current sysop, so he knows his Wiki stuff. While he already has most forum tools, why not give them all to him? I believe there needs to be more forum administrators, as new flamers/forum vandals are always emerging from the blue and always can't be taken care of right away. Well, we can help PWN those people, with the help of Soldier. That, is the reason I am nominating Soldier 1033 for Forum Administrator position.
