  • The Agency for Community Excellence supported the internal structure of the New Pacific Order. It was derived from the defunct Pacifican Commissariat of Internal Affairs, which was led by Ivan Moldavi. After its inactivity, and aggressive, unprofessional dealings, it was disbanded. And under the guidance of the Emperor and the creativity of Sir Donald R. Deamon, ACE was formed, and within it the Hearts, Spades, and Diamond Decks. Under the new name, restructure, and divisions, it served the Order as well as any other department. In October 2008, the Trading Post was removed from the Agency for Community Excellence in order to increase the activity and publicise it to the entire red trading sphere.
