  • Double folders
rdfs:comment
  • Double folders are a common reason for scenarios not working. When you are designing a scenario, you generally have a folder with the scenario name on your computer, with the files that contain the scenario inside the folder. When complete, you create a zip file for easy portability. The problem occurs when you create a zip file directly from the scenario folder. The zip program then makes a folder with that name inside the zip file (a double folder). TripleA can't find the files and the scenario does not appear on the list.

The zip program then makes a folder with that name inside the zip file (a double folder). TripleA can't find the files and the scenario does not appear on the list. The solution is to be inside your scenario folder, select all the files and then zip. You may need to change the name of the resulting file depending on the program used.
