| Mcomment | - Although I like this, and am a fan of short and sweat articles, a lot of people are not, and I had to find a way of marking you down somehow! Sorry about this. I'm just trying to give you a score which is consistent with my normal standards of reviewing, related to VFH success possibilities.

| Pcomment | - Generally your prose works well, and I have no particular problems with your grammar etc. I'm not the best on the proof reading front, but it looks OK to me. It gets just a little fan cruft like in places so watch out for that. Keep the prose serious for the best effect.
To really make this shine... Try to find some way to actually make the page look more like a poster. Maybe an old parchment poster? I think it's possible to have an image which is transparent, and put the text over the top of it. Maybe if you did that, you could make it look a bit more "real". There is a Forum:How do I upload Transparent and Animated images? which might help you, I'm not sure. I have never done this myself, but I think it's possible. Maybe if you come across another article which does this you can copy the code. Uncyclopedia Health Service Does some nice things with formatting, and you might some ideas from here also. I would get all the ideas you can for content from the Wikipedia page before messing with the format too much. As always to do something you don't know how to with media-wiki, it's always best to find an example of it else where and STEAL, STEAL, STEAL!
Maybe you are better of actually making this an exact as possible copy from the FBI web site of someone from the real top 10. I'm not sure...

| Icomment | - Tricky to judge what score to give here. I understand that you can really only have one picture if you are doing this in this format, but perhaps this is not the greatest picture you could have used? I'm not sure. Personally I would have gone for a pic from series 4 but that's just me. If you could find a way to fit another picture in that would be great, but I'm not sure if you can without spoiling the effect.

| Hcomment | - I really like the way you have blended lots of the details about Balders into the poster.
"Baldrick-Blackadder crime syndicate, though his cunning plans have a success rate of 0.52%." was the only bit I would say was a bit lame. The 0.52% thing just kinda sucked. Strip that or word it better. From reading the rest of this article its obvious you are a good judge of humour, so I'm sure you understand what I am saying. Oh, "Has an IQ of -150, and he is not at all QI." was also a bit pants.
I also stripped one of your banners from the top. Looks much better to me without it.
I particularly liked the FEEBLE BUSTER KEATON IMPRESSIONS/slug balancer bit. Well, everyone did, except the general when the lady was not present... TURNIP TRAFFICKING was awesome too. More stuff like this!!!
Anyway, basically, I think you can expand this by adding more details about Balders himself. You are obviously a bit of a Black Adder buff, and I think you can come up with more details to blend in.

Um, dam, you have a lot of em! OK... Home work assignment... Watch all the Black Adders back to back to get ideas! Well, maybe not! But there are worse things to do with your time...

If you don't fancy watching all the episodes through again, check out the Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baldrick. We are meant to be a parody of them anyway, so you might as well get them to do the dung gathering for you. Hang on, was Baldrick not the son of a Dung Gatherer... Check out the wikipedia page, and steal everything you can. I love the way you subtly fit the details in, and if you can squeeze as many details in as possible without messing up the format too much, this can be great.

| Fcomment | - I think it will be a struggle to get this featured on VFH as most of the voters over there probably have not watched the show, and would complain that this is too short. I'm not sure you want to expand it hugely, but I think if you fit as many details into the page about him as you can you are onto a winner. I have added this page to my watch list, and will be interested to see how you get on! Good luck!
