  • After playing a virtual game with ninja bunnies, Timmy wishes for a game that you can't wish yourself out of. Chester and A.J. then come unexpectedly and go into the game. Timmy has to tell them that they have to either take their helmets off or they have to finish the game, so he goes into the game himself. Unfortunately for them, outside the game Vicky causes a power surge by hooking up too many appliances to one outlet. If the game is shut off, Timmy and his friends will be gone forever.
  • After having to put up with Vicky on an especially bad day, and after seeing how she treats her own dog, Doidle, better than him, Timmy wishes he and the dog exchanged minds. At first, Timmy likes the wish, but he finds out he has to go to a torturing veterinarian for a painful visit, he wants to be a boy again or else he won't be a boy anymore at all, since he's a dog, he can't voice his wish, and Timmy must find a way to switch bodies with Doidle again before his visit to Dr. Snipowitz.
  • Timmy's teacher, Denzel Crocker, suspects that he might have Fairy Godparents after Timmy brings a suspicious show-and-tell project to school: a living baby dinosaur . Hoping to catch one for himself and use its magic to achieve supreme power and exact revenge on his scornful peers, Mr. Crocker calls for a conference with Timmy's parents. Timmy can't let his real parents find this out, so he gets Cosmo and Wanda to pose as his parents. Meanwhile, Chester and A.J. are tasked by Timmy to recapture his show-and-tell dinosaur, which was running loose through the school, while evading the School Principal, Geraldine Waxelplax.
  • While celebrating the wedding anniversary of both his parents and godparents, Timmy is forced to travel to Fairy World when Cosmo leaves Wanda due to a misunderstanding, and returns to his mother, Mama Cosma, who despises Wanda after she "stole" Cosmo from her. In order to win Cosmo back from two girlfriends Mama Cosma was setting up for him, Wanda must compete on a Fairy World game show hosted by the God of Love himself, Cupid.
  • While visiting Dimmsdale City Hall on a tour, Timmy and Vicky are shown the town mascot, Chompy the Goat. After seeing how depressed it looks, Timmy wishes Chompy free. The guards see Vicky messing with Timmy and notice Chompy is missing. They arrest Vicky and she is taken to jail. At first, Timmy celebrates this, especially after he is named the town hero and praised by everyone, including his parents. Not long after though, guilt begins to set in, and Timmy cannot sleep without having nightmares. Timmy must either fess up to his lie, or live in guilt and without sleep forever: a problem which becomes worse when Timmy begins making dangerous wishes in his sleep that Cosmo and Wanda must grant.
  • After accidentally destroying his father's prized childhood racing trophy with heat vision, Timmy travels back in time with his fairy godparents' Time Scooter to 1970's Dimmsdale to stop his father from winning the competition in the first place, but the subsequent changes to history erase Timmy from the future after Mr. Turner never marries his wife and grows up to become a "ruthless" dictator. Timmy must revert the changes to history himself, Cosmo and Wanda cannot grant wishes to a kid that doesn't exist!
  • Timmy is being made fun of by Dr. Bender and his son Wendell because of his large buck teeth, so he wishes for everyone to look the same. Everyone then turns into gray blobs. Since the fairies cannot find their godchildren, they began exploding and turning into dust due to magic buildup.
  • After Timmy, Chester and A.J. finish watching an episode of Crash Nebula, they try to act it out. To make things more interesting, Timmy wishes for an alien, but to his surprise he is brought a real one, the prince of an actual planet called Yugopotamia, named Mark Chang. The alien prince captures Chester and A.J. . Mark also falls in love with Vicky. since Yugopotamians love everything that humans despise. Timmy must find Mark's parents so they can take him back to Yugopotamia before Chester and A.J. find out the truth!
  • Timmy has a wonderful Christmas so he wishes it was Christmas every day, but it soon turns into madness for the adults when they can't get into banks or go to work. Worse, the wish drains the fairies of all their magic, and the other holiday spirits become jealous and want to get rid of Santa. Timmy must to race to the North Pole in an attempt to save Santa and undo the wish.
