The song itself that appears on this single is not the original but rather a remix, this song would later re-appear on the promo album Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater - The First Bite, 6 months later. The complete lyrics and a one-sheet with liner notes were also included with this single. The letters on the front cover (ТРИ) translates to "tri", which is Russian for three. On the back of the cover it says "Time and Time Again." This CD single is now considered rare and a collector's item.
