  • Based upon the shouting of nearby humans, the fog had a life of its own. When the sun fell from the sky, the fog began to cover the land and made the Gods slumber. From the fog came the minions of Morpheus, such as the Morpheus Beasts, Banshees, and Shades, all of which were both made up of and could attack with the very fog they came from. The fog itself sparked as if filled with electricity, damaging all those who entered it, including Kratos. The fog could be held at bay with fire, allowing safe passage through it.
