| abstract | - The Sojourner Truth was constructed in early 2530 when the Human-Covenant War was still young. It particpated briefly in a battle against Insurrectionists that hijacked another Halcyon cruiser and succeeded. Following that, it didn't recieve active duty again until the following year. Following the Battle of Arcadia, the Sanctuary of Spring was attached to protecting the UNSC Sojourner Truth. The sTruth now had many previous and important research and information on it as-well as the then President of the UEG who was attempting to return home. The intel present on the ship specifically was vital to a Japanese Doctor's research on the forerunners and their creation of lifeforms. Once the Spring and the Truth made it near Earth's solar system a small fleet of Covenant ships attacked to attempt in stealing the intel and killing the President. Alongside countless other the Frigates the spring led the attack and using strategy to defeat the enemy and allow the Sojourner Truth to get to Earth with little to no damage upon it. The Spring however was one of only three ships that survived the confrontation, but luckily no covenant vessel survived. Following this, in Operation: SOJOURNER TRUTH the Spring and the Truth were sent to extract civilians from a colony ship that was being attacked by the Covenant. With the Spring being it's cover the Sojourner Truth was able to extract the Civilians and succeed in the mission. After that, the Truth was once more on a mission in 2533 alongside the Spring.This time, the ship was being sent to retrieve a pick up of Civilians from a Colony ship that was heavily damaged by another Covenant attack. However, upon arriving, they learned that it was actually a trap layed by the Covenant using a distress single they captured from the previous mission. This surprise was too much as Covenant forces had massive outnumbering advantages, and the Sanctuary of Spring was forced to retreat once the Sojourner Truth was destroyed.
