Cranky mentions that he is training himself for his upcoming game, Cranky Kong Country. If Dixie and Kiddy drop by, they can help Cranky train for his upcoming game. When playing the game, the player plays as Cranky who must use a shield to protect himself from the thirty Bristles and deflect them and their attacks with his shield. If Cranky defeats all thirty Bristles, Cranky will reward the Kongs with Bananas, Bear Coins, an Extra Life Balloon, and a Banana Bird only once when the Kongs help Cranky complete it the first time.
