  • This skill may be acquired from circuses, travelling people, or some nomads. Characters with this skill are capable of a variety of unlikely feats of horsemanship, including standing up or performing handstands on the animal's back, leaping from moving horses, etc. Practically speaking, characters with this skill need never make a Risk test for any riding action, except that characters wishing to leap from a horse moving at speeds of greater than eight yards per round should make a Risk test with a +30% modifier. In addition, they do not suffer any disadvantageous modifiers when using missile weapons from a moving mount.
