This technique allows Omoi to completely manipulate the feelings and emotions of his target or target's by either increasing or decreasing a specific feeling or emotion able to be felt by someone. Omoi needs only to look at his target(s) or vice versa for them to fall victim to this technique. Many who fall victim mistake this technique as a genjutsu but in reality it is a ninjutsu. Omoi actually flows Yin Release chakra to his right eye which immediately transfers to a target or targets upon being seen by Omoi. The chakra then flows to the targets brain and allows Omoi to manipulate certain parts of the brain that produce feelings such as fear or happiness, and etc. The technique also allows him to manipulate more than one emotion at a time and cause them to mix and mash sending the target into a state of great confusion. By manipulating the feelings and emotions of his targets he can cause tremendous damage to his enemies and has great versatility with this technique. There are several emotions and feelings that Omoi controls to cause the most adverse effects.
* Fear:By manipulating the fear of his target(s) Omoi can cause his targets or himself to either feel a great amount of fear or feel no fear at all. By increasing the amount of fear felt he can increase it to a point that the target dies from being scared to death or becomes catatonic. By decreasing fear he cause his target to fell an overwhelming amount courage and cause a target to face their fears without restraint.
* Anger: By manipulating the anger of his targets he can either send them into a blind rage where they will attack anyone or thing in sight, or to the point they pop blood vessels in their brain and die from internal bleeding. Or he can calm an enemy by decreasing their anger to the point where even enemies stop attacking him, or keeping his allies from overreacting.
* Patience/Caution: By controlling the target's patience he can he can basically immobilize the target by increasing their patience to a point that it effects their reactions and timing potentially causing a target to have late reactions to dodging techniques. By decreasing their patience Omoi can cause the target to become more antsy and less patient urging them to react to something earlier then the usually would which also decreases the target's level of caution.
* Sorrow: Another emotion that can be made deadly if used against the target(s). By increasing the amount of sorrow that a target feels, he can make it to the point that the target feels completely hopeless and looses their will to live and kills them self on the spot.
