  • The Fulcrum is one of two factions amongs the Geometers, the other being the Pedestal. The Fulcrum appears to be less hostile towards the people of Arbre, and certainly those Geometers who appear friendliest towards Arbre's interests identfy themselves as members of this faction. The Fulcrum appears to consist mostly of those of Fthos, with a large segment of Laterrans amongst their number.
  • Fulcrum served as the main antagonists from the later half of Season One up until the end of Season Two, though their specific goals beyond acquiring the Intersect were never fully revealed. Fulcrum turns out to be only a subdivision of the Ring. At the end of the season 2, Fulcrum is unmasked in public, and the Ring elders order their agents to execute all members and contacts who work for Fulcrum.
  • Fulcrum is a six player map in Sins of a Solar Empire consisting of 1 star and 26 planets. Official Description: Victory or defeat hinges on your alliance's ability to gain control of the star and its nearby gas giant, as both grant access to many of the system's contested planets.
  • Fulcrum is a Decepticon weary of the constant state of war that exists on Cybertron, Earth, and throughout known space. He wishes for nothing but Decepticon victory and the creation of a galaxy-spanning empire so powerful that nothing can challenge it, though in his pessimistic core he believes that this is impossible.
  • Welcome to the Fulcrum page at the SU Wiki. Fulcrum (SU stumbler page | SU comments page // [ stumbler wiki pages]) Fulcrum is a stumbler from the south of India with a keen interest in aviation and all things military. He's also into automobiles, heavy metal music, web comics and often goes over the top posting pics of stunning babes. He has a bit of an alter ego thing running, wherein he sometimes fancies that he is a KGB assassin but thats just a cover. He's actually a spy for the GRU with the rank of colonel, but then nobody's really heard of the GRU. Nobody's really heard of him either.
  • Purchased for use as his own personal ship the Fulcrum is Dorset Konig's ship of choice for whenever he gets into a "sticky situation". Originally built for use as a scout/mining ship/light cargo hauler many ships of it's class have always been appealing for their ruggedness. The same would be true for why Dorset himself would eventually purchase one of his own, and since then has had a number of close calls with. Currently the Fulcrum is stowed away on the Corusca Fire for safekeeping, but as it has occured in the past Dorset has not been keen to leave it there for too long.
  • The Fulcrum is a powerful Vaul command ship. Fulcrms appear as asymmetrical ships with one side larger than the other (Star Trek - DS9: Breen warship). On one end possess an advanced antenna array that is primarily used in detecting hidden units (Command & Conquer: Scrin vessel). The array also allows the ships to send out psionic signals NETWORKING friendly units in an artificial psionic link. While Networked, Fulcrums sort out irrelevant information and maximize unit cohesion during combat. Coordinated units are able to inflict greater damage to enemy forces while at the same time reduce the brunt of their attacks (Star Wars: Droid control ship).

For situations that require more complex commands, Fulcrums can upgrade their units to HONOR GUARD status. Affected units gain extra firepower, armor and enhanced plating composed of purple energy (Starcraft II: Monolith Development; Mass Effect 2: Tech Armor). This plating, also called Null armor, negates or reduce the effects of most special weaponry. Being upgraded to Honor Guard status does come with the price of having a higher threat level. This makes them more likely to be targeted by enemy forces. Honor Guards represent the Vaul equivalent to Terran Mercenaries and Zerg Specialist strains. While all these traits make Fulcrums invaluable in the field, they still require a means of defense whenever escorts are unavailable. To alleviate this flaw, the vessels modify their matter-energy conversion and upgrading technology. Using research refined from Mavericks, Fulcrums convert targets into a psionic warrior known as an EXALT to obliterate anything within the area. Like a Dark Archon using mind control, the process is irreversible leaving targets completely loyal to the vessel that created it (Star Trek - the Voyage Home: V'ger; Halo: Composer). Though not as stable as standard units and Honor Guards, an Exalt can alter the battlefield in an instant. Special abilities: * NETWORK (autocast) - all nearby friendly mechanical units increase in attack and movement rate by +30% * HONOR GUARD - target friendly unit gains +25% Health, +50% attack, and Null armor * EXALT - target unit is converted into an Exalt
Compared to the stock version it resembled when it was bought the Fulcrum has seen extensive modifications made to it's systems. One of the first changes it saw was the replacement of it's powerplant with a Quadex Energy core, the same type found in the Millenium Falcon, to boost it's power output. Which in turn allowed the ship to support the weaponry Dorset added on, in addition to the upgrades that were made to it's engines Dorset also reconfigured the ship's power distribution network that aside from boosting the ship's performace as a whole, allow for a very quick "cold" start up sequence of just over a minute. For propulsion Dorset completely revamped the engines and added custom built maneuvering vanes that give the Fulcrum what he likes to call "hair-trigger agility". Currently the Fulcrum is stowed away on the Corusca Fire for safekeeping, but as it has occured in the past Dorset has not been keen to leave it there for too long.

In robot mode, Fulcrum carries a huge war hammer in one hand, equally good for smiting enemies, working metal , or panel-beating damaged allies. Fulcrum can transform into a MIG 29 jet, armed with laser and disruptor beams, and able to fly equally well in an atmosphere or in the vacuum of space. Although Fulcrum tends towards despondency, he values strength and loyalty above all, and will gladly follow a Decepticon leader who shows both attributes.
