Unlike typical ninja organizations this one doesn't really have a solid individual student-teacher structure but rather a Mutualist student-teacher-teacher-student structure, meaning they are all students in some ways and teachers in others. This encourages them in teamwork and the idea of learning from each other creating a strong bond between teammates. There is however leaders when the time requires it. This being said, outside of battle this leadership is democratic, fitting with Kintaro's ideals of what a leader should be.
* Unit One: Led by Kintaro Uchiha, Unit One is composed of mainly Dōjutsu Wielders and Non-Elemental Kekkei Genkai Wielders.
* Unit Two: Led by Nozomi Uchiha, Unit Two is comprised mainly of Elemental Kekkei Genkai wielders and Sages.
* Unit Three: Led by Sakiko Uchiha, Unit Three is mainly made up of Sensor Types and Kekkei Tōta Wielders. Each Unit has members that are at least a bit skilled in Medical Ninjutsu and in some cases Medical Genjutsu.
