rdfs:comment
  • The most visible and numerous ship of the Lost Ones, the Pouncer-class Corvette sticks to normal Lost Ones tactics: missiles and missile defense. In a sector whose main power and main business was, and still is, famous for its projectile weaponry, the Pouncer's BMDS and shock missile launchers come as no surprise. As the main ship of the Lost Ones, when the pirate group started attacking the Muir shipping lines, it was the vessel that saw the most action and caused the most damage.

abstract
  • The most visible and numerous ship of the Lost Ones, the Pouncer-class Corvette sticks to normal Lost Ones tactics: missiles and missile defense. In a sector whose main power and main business was, and still is, famous for its projectile weaponry, the Pouncer's BMDS and shock missile launchers come as no surprise. As the main ship of the Lost Ones, when the pirate group started attacking the Muir shipping lines, it was the vessel that saw the most action and caused the most damage. It became a Muir shipping captain and the average citizen's worst nightmare, and very few people were able to effectively defend against it. The Muir were never able to find a way to properly counter it, but that need was rendered moot when the Lost Ones were defeated through sheer firepower and the design fell in to the hands of the Muir who promptly retired it. There are only a few that lasted beyond the Muir's campaign against the Lost Ones, but those in command of the vessels fled to the farthest corners of the Ogriand Sector.
