The story begins with Phineas and Ferb with there family and friends to take a vacation to Gravity Falls, and meet Dipper and Mable Pines. Later, Perry is off on a mission, then Phineas, Ferb, their friends, and family are leaving. Then Perry realizes that they forgot him; so, Dipper says, "We will get you back to Phineas and Ferb." It begins back in Gravity Falls with Grunkle Stan telling Dipper and Mable (who have Perry), that they are going to Danville, to introduce a customer, a pocket machine carrier, it is Doofenshmirtz. So then, they take two friends, Zeus and Wendy. Meanwhile, back in Danville, Phineas and Ferb create a Perry location device; when they hit the button, it goes wrong, it locates perry and makes him disappear, also, Phineas and Ferb. So they end up in Bob's Fish Mart, and they get turned in to fish; then Milo, Bea and Oscar get transferred. Milo and Oscar get transferred to Danville. Bea goes to Dipper, Mable and Bea tell them, "I need to get back to Bob's Fish-mart." It begins with Dipper, Mable, Bea, Grunkle Stan, Soos, and Wendy arriving in Danville. With Stan meeting Doof the others search for Candace, Isabella, Buford, Baljeet, Milo, and Oscar; they find them, and Milo tells them, "we must go back, then back at the Fish-mart." Phineas, Ferb and Perry are fish and meet Jocktopus, Fimblery, Clamantha, Chelsea, Albert, and Billy. Phineas explains "our machine got messed up, and we need their help to get back to Danville." Then later, all the others show up. They buy Phineas, Ferb, and Perry; go back to Danville, to make Phineas, Ferb and Perry normal again; and transfer Milo, Bea, and Oscar back to the Fish-mart. Then Perry leaves to stop Stan from selling Doof, the pocket machine, which Doof is going to use for Inators. Perry stops Stan, and defeats Doof with 15 of his most famous Inators, then Stan and the others head back to Gravity Falls.
