  • Themis' Axe is the first Artifact weapon (it is not the first Artifact; the Full Metal Vest holds that title) found in Golden Sun: The Lost Age and Golden Sun: Dark Dawn. Themis' Axe is found in a chest in the Dehkan Plateau. Being an Axe, it can be equipped by Isaac, Felix, Garet, and Piers, although, at the time the weapon is found, the only person in the party who can wield it is Felix. It increases the user's Attack by 30. It can be purchased for 1900 coins and sold for 1425 coins. In Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, it reappears as a powerful weapon early on.

As an Artifact, Themis' Axe can unleash an effect called Stone Justice, which adds an extra 11 attack points and may cut the target's agility in half. Stone Justice appears as a swarm of rocks being lifted from the ground, then fired as a single cloud of projectiles into the target. Stone Justice converts all damage to Venus; as such, it's only practical candidate, Felix, is also the best choice for it. Themis' Axe does a great job as a "placeholder" weapon for stronger equipment that can be found later, as its Unleash is powered even further by Felix's high Venus strength. Its use is extended even further by the fact that the next weapon stronger than it, the Pirate's Sword, is often given to Jenna instead of Felix. In Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, it reappears as a powerful weapon early on.
