Items are in QL 50ish range and I'm using term "good" rather loosely. Both Cyborgs inside and outside also drop Library of Foul Language, an Enforcer aggro tool.

Similar to dungeons like the Steps of Madness the probability of looting one of the further down mentioned items is very low. According to veteran players it used to be much higher; if the current drop chance is actually 'bugged' is left open to discussion.
