After securing a cosmic chain on the target, the user for a unique handsign, causing hundreds of thousands of cosmic chains to emerge from the surroundings and completely bind the targets body, preventing them from using chakra, techniques, dojutsu and even moving. After forming a second handsign, the target will be dragged into another dimension and sealed away. By making contact with the target, the user is able to apply the chains to sealed objects within a person, such as a jinchuriki's Tailed Beast, preventing the tailed beast or the jinchuriki from using their power. After this is done, the user can unseal the object or beast from their vessel remotely without inducing its fatal side effects, although it will immensely weaken the jinchuriki and they won't have access to the beasts chakra anymore. The user is capable of unsealing them at will, and once formed, the chains immutable to outside forces. Though its listed as a Kekkei Genkai technique, users of Cosmic Energy can use it.
