| abstract | - German Crock Pot Candy This easy candy uses the crock pot to melt almond bark and chocolate. Just stir in the peanuts and drop by spoonful into mounds. Ingredients: list of 3 items 32 oz jar unsalted peanuts 8 oz (2, 4-oz bars) of German sweet chocolate 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips 24 oz white or chocolate almond bark (confectioners coating) list end Method Put in the crock pot in the order as written; cook on Low 2-3 hours. Stir and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. They will harden without putting in the refrigerator. Notes: Depending on size dropped, you can make up to 80+ pieces of candy. You can also use milk chocolate chips instead of the semi-sweet.
