It was made by N'Akkiarl Shipyards, the company which made all of the Navy's and Army Airborne Division's ships. The actual designation of it and when it entered service was unknown by the GFSS, they knew it simply as the N'Akkiarlian Heavy Fighter, whilst GFSS Super-X pilots knew it as the IGADS (which stood for "Ive Got A Deathwish Ship"), due to the fact they were slower and more sluggish than the T-650 Super-X Despite their obvious inferiority to the T-650 Super-Xs the Heavy Fighters were good at taking down GFSS bombers and transport ships, about mid-way through the war the Heavy Fighter found a successful use in destroying GFSS transport ships, as the Heavy Fighter's laser cannons and missile launchers made it good at destroying troop transports it could also carry bombs and torpedoes which meant it could destroy cargo transports as well. Squadrons of Heavy Fighters were used to destroy cargo fleets, meaning capital ships could focus on destroying armed warfleets. However soon the GFSS started deploying carriers full of Super-Xs to defend the cargo fleets, which was good to the N'Akkiarlians as it diverted the carriers from war fleets. In response to this change of GFSS naval tactics the N'Akkiarlians assigned anti-starfighter destroyers and escort carriers to defend the Heavy Fighters during their attack on the cargo fleet, at times the capital ships also helped the Heavy Fighters destroy the cargo ships. Alongside carriers the GFSS also deployed Delivery-class Q-ships to help protect the transport fleets, the Delivery-class Q-ships looked like the standard unarmed model of the Delivery-class Transport Ship, when an enemy tried to attack the fleet the Q-ships would reveal their hidden weapons and surprise the enemy. During the war they were nowhere near as common as their smaller cousins, the N'Akkiarlian Star-Dancers, this was because at 30,000 Dvazazrep new the Heavy Fighter cost 3x as much as a new Star Dancer so they were reserved for only battle-hardened starfighter pilots. Because squadrons of Heavy Fighters were rare to find on the front-lines due to their limited numbers and because only the elite N'Akkiarlian starfighter pilots were allowed to pilot them it was an honour for a Star-Dancer pilot to fight alongside a Heavy Fighter squadron, because a squadron of Heavy Fighters no dowt contained the best of the best N'Akkiarlian starfighter pilots, those who had flow in many battles and had survived them all. Wow! A squadron of Heavy Fighters! My, we are honoured!—A N'Akkiarlian Star-Dancer pilot upon seeing a squadron of Heavy Fighters fighting alongside them in battle Like with Star-Dancers, the Heavy Fighters had different paint schemes to show which branch of the military they belonged to, Star Navy ones were plain white, Army Airborne Division ones were green or brown whilst Surface Navy ones were blue. However squadrons commonly painted nose art and personal squadron emblems and designs on them, a few were also re-painted by their pilots like one which was assigned to the carrier Fleet Commander Dvaza 'Kala-Nakitorevgalazi which was painted red with white stripes and had a fang-filled mouth and black eyes painted on the nose to resemble a Kruiskhoonte (Traitorhunter), which were loyal pets and companions of the N'Akkiarlians and were named that because they were commonly used a guard pets and were used a lot to hunt down and subdue escaping traitors whilst another painted a shark mouth on his Heavy Fighter in honour of the Zeah v'gardo (Sea death), a huge shark which lurked in N'Akkiarl Major's oceans and was the deadliest water predator on the planet apart from the N'Akkiarlian peoples.
